ROBINSON — The Bonham Middle School 7th Grade Girls Cross Country team headed to Robinson High School on Wednesday evening to test their speed and endurance at the Robinson Middle School Cross Country Meet. Competing against a large field of competitive programs from across Central Texas, the Lady Bulldogs showcased determination and steady pacing across the 2-mile course.

Bonham Lady Bulldog Performances

While Bonham did not have enough runners enter the 2-mile event to qualify for the team standings, all four individual Lady Bulldogs put forth solid efforts on the course. The team did not feature any Top 20 finishes, but they were led by Gracyn Schimpf, who delivered Bonham's top performance of the evening by placing 21st overall out of 176 total runners.

River Valley Middle School captured three of the top five spots in a dominant overall individual showing. The Top 5 runners of the 2-mile race were:
