[TEMPLE,TX] — January 25, 2026 — Due to deteriorating weather conditions and in the interest of student-athlete safety, Temple ISD has announced the cancellation of all boys and girls basketball games originally scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026.

Important Schedule Updates

No Rescheduling: Please note that the games scheduled for January 26 will not be made up.

Tournament Qualifications: Teams that have successfully qualified for the end-of-season tournament will be notified directly through their respective coaches.

Post-Season Play: The end-of-season tournament is currently still on schedule to begin on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
