TEMPLE , TX – The Bonham Bulldog 8th Grade A basketball team faced a challenging night on the road Wednesday, falling to a disciplined North Belton Middle School squad with a final score of 51-15.

From the opening tip-off, North Belton’s high-pressure defense and fast-break offense proved difficult to contain. Despite the uphill battle, the Bulldogs continued to compete until the final whistle, looking for sparks of momentum throughout the contest.

The Bulldogs' offensive effort was led by Max Westbrook, who paced the team with 7 points. Westbrook showed flashes of playmaking ability, fighting through the North Belton interior to find the bottom of the net.
