The Bonham Bulldog 7th Grade A football team dropped their first game of the season with a 38-6 loss on the road at Lake Belton on Monday night.

The Bulldogs were led by Offensive MVP WR Daniel Jones with 60 yards receiving and 63 yards rushing.

Also for the Bulldogs, Guard Jevniell Rosa had 17 yards rushing and 1 TD while QB Clay Bouvier had 80 yards passing and 30 yards rushing.

The Defensive MVP for the Bulldogs LB Daniel Jones with 5 tackles and 3 tackles for losses.

Also for the Bulldogs, safety Clay Bouvier had 3 tackles and 1 interception whole DE Darren Smith had 2 tackles for losses and 1 QB pressure.

Bonham, 1-1 on the season will return to action on September 23rd when they will host Belton M.S. beginning at 6:15 pm.
