The Bonham Bulldog 7th Grade B football team opened the 2024 season an impressive victory over River Valley Middle School by a score of 20-6.

The Bulldogs were led by Offensive MVP Josiah Larkin. The running back had 128 yards rushing, 2 touchdowns and 2 extra points. Amberlee Fraley also had touchdown and 5 yards rushing for the Bulldogs.

The Defensive MVP for the Bulldogs was linebacker Louis Nicholson who had 6 tackles ,3 TFLs and 1 forced fumble while safety Julian Contreras also contributed 6 tackles.

Bonham, 1-0 on the season will return to action on September 16th when they will travel to Lake Belton High School to face Lake Belton Middle School beginning at 5:00 pm.
