TEMPLE, TX — The Bonham Bulldogs 8th Grade A basketball team faced a challenging opponent Thursday evening, falling to Copperas Cove Junior High with a final score of 57-23 at Bulldog Gym.
Despite a high-energy atmosphere from the home crowd, the Bulldogs struggled to keep pace with a potent Copperas Cove offense that established an early lead and didn't look back.

Bonham’s scoring effort was led by Max Westbrook, who paced the Bulldogs with 7 points. Jevniell Rosa Rivera followed closely with 6 points, showing flashes of strong offensive play in the paint.
