The Bonham Bulldog 8th Grade A football team hosted Lake Belton in the final home game of the season and defeated the Bronchos by a score of 27-6.

The Bulldogs were led by Offensive MVP, WR Danny Jones who had 1 catch for 52 yards and a TD with 42 yards rushing and threw an xp conversion pass.

Also for the Bulldogs, RB Ayedon Robinson had 139 yards rushing and 2 TDs; QB Clay Bouvier threw for 57 yards and a TD; WR Ben Hall had 1 catch for 5 yards; WR Max Westbrook added an XP catch and kicker Noah Willis added an XP FG.

The Defensive Player of the Game was DE Jevniell Rosa Rivera who had 5 tackles and 5 sacks.

Also for the Bulldogs, DE Christian Matamoros had 3 tackles and 2 sacks and LB Danny Jones had 6 tackles and 1 INT return for a TD.

Bonham, 5-2 on the season will return to action on October 28 when they will face Travis on the road to close out the season.
