The Bonham Bulldog 7th Grade A football team dropped their road game at Lake Belton on Monday by a score of 33-25.

The Bulldogs were led by Offensive Players of the Game were QB Parker Huffman and WR Bryce Robinson.

Parker and Bryce connected on 6 yard TD and 60 yard TD passes. Parker also scored an extra point conversion.

Also for the Bulldogs, RB Derek Shamlin added 128 yards rushing and 2 TDs while WRs Ben Beal, Audreas Lane, and Jaysin Rainey also caught passes.

The Defensive Player of the Game was CB Audreas Lane who had 4 tackles, 3 tackles for losses and 1 pass breakup.

Also for the Bulldogs, DE Kaden Prempeh had 2 tackles for losses and forced a fumble; DE Brendan Thomas with 2 sacks and 1 tackle and S Parker Huffman with 4 tackles and a pass breakup.

Bonham, 3-3-1 on the season will return to action on October 27th when they will host the Travis Science Academy at 5:00 pm.
