The Bonham Bulldog 8h Grade A football team opened the 2025 season at home but fell to North Belton by a score of 50-22.

The Bulldogs were led by Offensive MVP, RB Ayedon Robinson who had 120 yards rushing 1 rushing TD, 30 yards receiving and a receiving TD.

Also for the Bulldogs, QB Clay Bouvier had 150 yards passing. 2 passing TDs while WR Danny Jones had 3 receptions for 55 yards 1 TD and 30 yards rushing. RB Darren Smith accumulated 32 yards rushing, RB Levonte Henderson 25 yards rushing and WR Ben Hall 63 yards receiving.

The Defensive Standout for the Bulldogs was LB Danny Jones who had 7 tackles.

Also for the Bulldogs, LB Raymond Alvarado had a fumble recovery. DE Rylind Espy a fumble recovery and safety Khyri Green with 4 tackles.

On the special teams, Danny Jones had a blocked kick returned for 2-points.

Bonham, 0-1 on the season will return to action on September 16th when they will host South Belton Middle School at Herman Anderson Field beginning at 6:30 pm.
